Use this service for the following:

  • Hardware Incident: Computer, Laptop, Printer, Scanner, Display, iPhone, iPad.
  • Report an incident with software: Applocker, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, NoteBook, SharePoint), Citrix, MModal, Adobe, Infor/Lawson, OnBase, Systoc, PACS, other software or application not listed.
  • Report an incident with the Network, Connection trouble, WiFi.
  • Report an incident for: Office phone, Patient phone, Voicemail, Fax.
  • Report a Vocera incident with Vocera badge, Performance issues, Vocera account issues.
